hard mattressexpensive water
the mattress seemed like a rock, seriously hard. i woke up sore every day, not what i wanted. and i hated that there wasnt free water at dinner. i had to pay extra for a small bottle. that's just cheap.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the marina and beach. It was convenient. the room had a fridge with complimentary drinks. A nice touch. there were plenty of sunbeds around the spacious pool area. I had no trouble finding one. the staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful and professional.
i found the gym a bit small.

the reception staff was friendly and efficient. waiting staff were attentive and showed a good sense of humor. housekeeping kept the rooms super clean and well-stocked with toiletries. every staff member was helpful and cute.

the food selection was varied and covered all tastes. desserts were AMAZING!!! there was a plentiful breakfast buffet and the bar had reasonable pricing. the restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive at all times.

the twin room was spacious and clean. tea and coffee were provided. a safe was available for valuables. the bathroom included a walk-in shower and sufficient toiletries. the room featured a large tv and a fridge.

the location was great, close to the marina. breakfast had many options, ALL were fresh and delicious. the staff provided excellent service, and were always smiling. i really enjoyed the variety.
the shower was difficult to access because of the bath depth. i would have appreciated handrails. there were no fresh towels one day and i had to ask for them. i also felt the pool area was too crowded, IT was a little small.
